Problem
Tutoring can become fragmented quickly: learning goals live in conversations, practice material sits in different places, parents lack visibility, and tutors spend energy coordinating instead of teaching.
Process
I shaped the product direction, learning experience, tutoring workflow assumptions, and early AI-supported practice around everyday tutoring operations: identify learning needs, structure sessions, create follow-up practice, and make progress easier to communicate.

What I would improve next
Next I would narrow the first product slice around one repeated tutoring workflow and validate it with tutors before expanding the platform vision.
